Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Aaron founded Appraisals Unlimited in 1993 and has over 36 years of appraisal experience. He is a certified appraiser in six states and a licensed real estate broker. In 2000, he expanded to commercial appraisals. Aaron also manages multi-family dwellings in Brookline. He values communication, client satisfaction, detail, and prompt service. Aaron lives in Needham with his wife and enjoys softball, biking, skiing, kayaking, and traveling. They have four grown children.

Chief Operating Officer

Jaime has been an integral part of Appraisals Unlimited since 2001, emphasizing the importance of customer service in the appraisal business. She graduated from Endicott College, where she played field hockey and softball. Now, she enjoys supporting her son in his sports endeavors and her daughter in her dance activities. Jaime’s dedication to the team and her family reflects her strong commitment to both professional and personal excellence.

Chief Financial Officer

Sarah holds an undergraduate degree from Babson College and a Master’s degree from UMass Boston. She joined Appraisals Unlimited in 2021, bringing her expertise to the financial operations of the company. Sarah is dedicated to providing clients with clear communication and prompt service. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and their three boys.

Administrative Assistant

Meagan holds a background in Early Childhood Education and Child Psychology from Quincy College and has over two decades of experience in eldercare and disability services. She joined Appraisals Unlimited in 2021 after relocating to the Boston area for her son's education. Meagan is passionate about art and has worked as a freelance artist for many years. Outside of work, she and her wife enjoy nature, activism, and volunteerism, contributing to a local Farm Sanctuary and Mutual Aid in Boston.
